Hi I’m Will Fuller from Envision where we’re dedicated to helping you

  1. Its great to see you have an intuition for this work! Yes,the same can be applied. As you quite rightly said work on what you find challenging, but don't forget to rest and strengthen what is strong.

    You can also do exercises such as massage and stretching the ears. Strengthening the brains sensitivity to hearing and neck massage.

    Something else that might help you, is to think of the working with the body as a whole and not just the particular area that you want to improve.Hope this helps.

  12. Hi Mr William Fuller. I tries doing this exercise as I am also a RP sufferer. Regarding the flashlight exercise I wish u could clarify if when working on the flashlight I should be trying to look at the flashlight to activate my peripheral vision. I would much appreciate your quick response as I am doing both day and night exercises daily. I am jeff from spore
